PHOTOSHOP HD VIDEO TUTORIALS FOR DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHERS
These Photoshop Video Tutorials are created specifically for digital photographers who want to know why they should learn something as well as how to do it. I teach the concept and context first, then give you the details.
Photoshop is a very challenging yet powerful program to use. In this series of video tutorials, I will first show you why you want to learn a particular feature, before I show you how to actually do it. In Photoshop there are usually several ways to accomplish the same task. I will be showing you the easiest way I know of.
All these tutorials were created as high resolution flash videos approx. 1200 x 700, so that all details are easily seen. I used a trial version of Photoshop CC 2014 for making these videos. The Quick Selection Tool show here appeared in CS5, Layers and Layer Masks have been in Photoshop for many years.
Note that a very nice filter called Oil Paint has been removed from the latest CC2014 version. CS6 32bit is the last version that almost all filters installed into and worked without problems. I only use the 32bit versions of Photoshop because most 3rd party filters will only work in the 32bit version. Only graphic artists working on 3D and video need the additional memory that the 64bit version allows.
